In order to register for a workshop, contact Janet via email (firstname.lastname@example.org), phone (519-527-2682) or Facebook. You must pay for your workshop in advance, or pay 50% to hold your spot. We accept e-transfers or cash. Space is limited.
You can also register and pay at the Made in Huron Artisan Market in Clinton, Ontario, which is located at 26 Isaac Street. This is the location of many of our workshops.
Janet is willing to accommodate your schedule, so if you see a workshop that you’d like to do, contact her. If Wednesday nights are busy for you, she will do her best to find a time that works. All previous workshops are available. Round up some friends and give Janet a call – 519-527-2682.
Wednesday, July 12, 7 – 9 pm. Create a Crate Workshop!
The Create a Crate Workshop is bound to be a fun evening, where you’ll choose colours and stencils to design the perfect crate for your home. Everything you need is provided. Just show up with a smile, ready to get to work.

Ongoing Workshops – Talk to Janet about setting one up for you and your group.
7 – 9 pm. Fusion 101 $40
This workshop explains the benefits of Fusion and why it’s DIY friendly. You’ll learn how to tell if a piece needs to be prepped, and how to paint the impossible! You’ll use two of your favourite colours for layering, and you’ll learn the benefits of our all-natural beeswax block. You’ll go home with a completed chalkboard, armed with plenty of knowledge to tackle projects on your own.
7 – 9 pm – Stenciling Basics $40
This workshop teaches how to prep and select the proper stencilling tool – sponge, brush or roller. You’ll learn the various techniques such as pouncing, stippling or swirling for various effects. You’ll be proud of the stenciled piece you take home after two hours of fun-filled learning!
7 – 9 pm Embossing $40
A step up from stenciling, the embossing technique is a great way to add texture to a piece. Once you learn how to do this, you’ll be searching your home for things to enhance with a beautiful embossing stencil. Walls, furniture, tiles, boxes… whatever your heart desires!
7 – 9 pm Transfer Gel $40
Did you know that you can print an image in reverse, then transfer it onto a prepared surface? You can create signs, or transfer gorgeous pictures onto old trunks, boxes or table tops! It can be used on wood, stone and walls, whether painted or unpainted.
